Michail Vinokurov is one of ICLC founders.

Currently Michail Vinokurov is a member of ICLC Management Committee; also he occupies the position of the Chairman of ICLC Board of Directors.

Michail Vinokurov is a member of the Council on Auditing Activities under the RF Ministry of Finance, the methodology team manager. He is a member of the Council on Audit Activities under the Mayor of Moscow and a member of the Board of the RF Audit Chamber, the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee. He is a member of the Management Committee of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Chairman of the Guild of Auditors and Consultants.

Michail Vinokurov is one of those who initiated creation of Moscow Audit Chamber and Russian Audit Chamber.

Michail Vinokurov is a Doctor of Economics, a corresponding member of the Management and Innovations Academy.

He has been given the titles of "Honorable Economist of Moscow" and "Honorable Auditor of Russia" by a decree of the Mayor of Moscow.

Dmitry M. Vinokurov

Dmitry Vinokurov has been working for the company since the moment of its foundation. Before being assigned to the post of General Director he was holding a position of the Manager of Business Development Department, Financial Director, Deputy Director of Economics.

At present time he is supervising work of the following ICLC Departments:

Dmitry Vinokurov is a member of the Board of Directors and occupies the position of the President of ICLC Managing Committee.

Sergei N. Zubarev

Sergey Zubarev joined ICLC in 1994. Today he implements management over the company's mayor projects as well as exercises supervision over appraisal, auditing and consulting services provided to construction and housing and communal services enterprises.

Sergey Zubarev is a member of the Council on Audit Activities of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and an expert of the Property Committee of the State Duma of the RF Federal Assembly.

In 2005 by a decree of the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Zubarev was given the title of "Honorable Economist of Moscow" for professional achievements in the sphere of economy and finance.

He is also a member of ICLC Board of Directors.

Nataliya A. Malofeeva

Nataliya Malofeeva has been working in ICLC structure from the very beginning. For this period she has been supervising two mayor lines of ICLC activity: tax consulting and legal services.

Nataliya Malofeeva is the Chairman of ICLC Experts Council. She is a member of Working Group for perfection of tax legislation at the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Audit Working Group at Moscow Property Department.

Nataliya Malofeeva is a member of ICLC Board of Directors and Managing Committee.

Galina M. Nikolaeva

Galina Nikolaeva joined ICLC in 1993. Today she is in charge of work of the Audit Department including specialized branch-wise departments, IFRS sector and work with Moscow small businesses.

Galina Nikolaeva is a member of ICLC Board of Directors.

Nina P. Kurakina
Deputy Director, Partner

Nina Kurakina has been working in ICLC since 1993. Now she is the President of the Audit Development Fund and she leads the Department of International Representations as well as a training unit that implements programs on manpower training for market economy.

Nina Kurakina is a member of ICLC Board of Directors.

Elena B. Yuzhakova, Ph.D. of Economics

Elena Yuzhakova has been working in ICLC since 2003. She is in charge of communication with foreign partners, particularly with international audit associations and regional partners in the Russian Federation.

She also leads the Due Diligence direction.

Elena Yuzhakova is a Vice-chairman of Auditors' and Consultants' Guild of Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Elena A. Salmina

Elena Salmina started her work in ICLC in 1998 as an auditor at the General Audit Department. Today she is the Head of the Audit Department.

Elena Salmina is a member of ICLC Expert Council and ICLC Management Committee.

Elena V. Sivtsova
Head of Internal Control Department, Partner

Elena Sivtsova has been working in ICLC since 1998. Today she heads the Internal Control Department that implements quality control over audits and develops ICLC internal standards and principles of audit activity.

She is an expert on quality control of the Russian Audit Chamber.

Elena Sivtsova is a member of ICLC Managing Committee.
